Day 1: Arrive Nairobi

Welcome to your Kenya and Tanzania safari! Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our Kenya representative will warmly receive you and transfer you to Safari Park Hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast, depart for Samburu National Reserve, travelling through the fertile highlands of Central Kenya with stops at the Equator in Nanyuki and scenic views of Mount Kenya. Arrive in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

Samburu is renowned for its unique northern wildlife species found nowhere else in Kenya, including the Grevy’s zebra, Beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich and the graceful gerenuk. The reserve is also home to large elephant herds, lions, leopards and numerous other wildlife thriving along the life-giving Ewaso Nyiro River.

Day 3: Samburu National Reserve

Enjoy a full day exploring the rugged landscapes of Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives. Search for wildlife you may have missed the previous day while discovering new areas of this spectacular reserve.

Day 4: Samburu – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park with a stop at the beautiful Thomson’s Falls in Nyahururu. Continue to Lake Nakuru for an afternoon game drive.

The park is famous for its birdlife, including flamingos and over 400 bird species. It also provides excellent opportunities to spot both black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, lions, leopards, buffaloes, waterbucks, baboons and numerous plains game.

Later, proceed to Lake Elementaita for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, drive through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. After checking into Ol Moran Tented Camp, enjoy an afternoon game drive until sunset.

Masai Mara forms part of the vast Serengeti ecosystem and is home to the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes and countless other wildlife species.

Days 6–7: Masai Mara National Reserve

Spend two unforgettable days exploring the endless plains of the Masai Mara with full-day game drives.

Search for the Big Five and witness incredible wildlife encounters across one of Africa’s finest safari destinations. During the migration season, enormous herds of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara in one of nature’s greatest spectacles.

An optional visit to a traditional Maasai village offers a chance to experience the rich culture, music and traditions of the Maasai people.

Day 8: Masai Mara – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tanzania via the Isebania border. Following immigration formalities, meet your Tanzania driver-guide and continue to Serengeti National Park.

Enjoy game viewing en route as you drive across the endless plains before arriving at your camp in the evening.

Day 9: Serengeti National Park

Enjoy a full day exploring the magnificent Serengeti, one of Africa’s greatest wildlife destinations.

The Serengeti is famous for its abundant wildlife and the annual Great Wildebeest Migration involving over a million wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of zebras moving across the plains in search of fresh grazing.

Day 10: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro via the famous Olduvai Gorge archaeological site. Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive.

This UNESCO World Heritage Site supports one of Africa’s highest concentrations of wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the elusive leopard.

Return to your lodge in the evening.

Day 11: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, scenic groundwater forests and exceptional birdlife.

Enjoy an afternoon game drive where you may spot flamingos, pelicans, storks, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest and a variety of other wildlife.

Day 12: Lake Manyara – Arusha – Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, drive to Arusha where you’ll collect picnic lunch boxes before proceeding to the Namanga border. After completing immigration formalities, meet your Kenya driver-guide and continue to Amboseli National Park.

Enjoy a game drive en route to your camp. Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds and breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 13: Amboseli National Park

Begin the day with an early morning game drive, the perfect opportunity to photograph the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Return to camp for breakfast and relaxation before setting out on an afternoon game drive in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and numerous bird species.

Day 14: Amboseli – Nairobi – Departure

After breakfast, depart for Nairobi.
